Magnolia, TX will have 2 new shopping centers on more than 60 acres

Due to the high growth in the last year of the Magnolia city, located to the north of Houston, with more than 12 developments throughout the area, the demand for services has increased and growth continues to grow at an accelerated rate.

Projects like Audubon, Magnolia Ridge, Mill Creek, North Grove, Enclave at Dobbin, Decker Farms, Mustang Ridge, Magnolia Escondido, Gulf Coast and Mostyn Manor continue to develop and more people are choosing Magnolia, Texas as their new Home every day. .

Houston-based Commercial Group began site preparations in May with the first phase of Magnolia Village, a multi-family, commercial development at FM 1488 and Spur 149 in a growing region of Magnolia.

Located about 42 miles northwest of downtown Houston, the 60-acre project is across the street from the under-construction H-E-B grocery store in the 120-acre Magnolia Place mixed-use development by Stratus Properties, based in Austin.

The initial phase spans 36 acres and incorporates three 10,000-square-foot corner commercial buildings and 12 single-tenant buildings along FM 1488 to the east. Additional commercial buildings are being planned along Spur 149. Houston-based Identity Architects is designing the commercial portion. Trammell Crow Residential plans to develop a 300-unit complex on nearly 12 acres.

All this will bring greater comfort to the new residents of this beautiful city that continues to grow, but without losing direct contact with nature.
